The main sources of corporate net sales can be broadly divided into the following three business categories:
(1) Real Estate Development
Consists of the planning, development and sales of condominiums located principally in the center of the Tokyo Metropolitan Area.
(2) Renovation for Resale
Older condominiums are upgraded to remain comfortable by replacing common exterior parts and repairing interiors to accommodate residents' lifestyles. These units are then sold.
(3) Other Businesses
Category includes Real Estate Brokerage and Remodeling business divisions as well as our rental businesses.
